The other day I dreamt that my husband was a vampire. He managed to convert everyone that lived on the bottom floor of an apartment complex into a vampire. I was running from him the whole time, and he caught up to me. I told him that I was tired of running and that I was ready to become a vampire like him. Right at the moment that I was ready to give into him, a preacher on the second floor of the apartment started saying scriptures and was holding a Bible in the air. Suddenly, I pulled my Bible out and I ran to the preacher on the. The preacher was in a grey room with a only dresser in it. He said that people were coming to save us. Suddenly, there was this caravan of farm trucks that were dirty. In these trucks there were cows laying in the backseat. The truck I was in was red with wood paneling with a light brown cow in the backseat. What do you make of all these events that occured in my dream?
Your dream represents a loss of self or a need for attention. The vampire, in particular, signifies a loss of attention that is draining you. The fact that you want to become a vampire is to give into a depressed state.
Running into a room/apartment with a preacher is to return to the past. The Bible is a need to connect to self. The religious imagery in your dream is a connection to an inner peace that seems to be lacking right now.
The dull grey color represents, once again, your depressed state. The dresser is you feeling all alone in a lonely room. The farm truck and the vivid red is expressing a strong emotion that you may be experiencing right now.
The cow gives nourishment and, once again, reinforces your lack thereof.
So if you are feeling out of sorts these days, then this state is what is manifested in your dreams. You may be feeling all of this on a subconcious level, which is why you find yourself in the basement.
I only interpret your dreams and in no way give advice, but perhaps this helps on some level.
