Regular Living viewers will know that San Antonio Living's own Shelly Miles has a double life during WNBA season -- she gets the crowd amped up during the Silver Stars games as their on-court announcer.

The Stars are headed into playoff season, but before they do, we're going to give you  a behind-the-scenes look into the Silver Stars practice, and hear from some of the women on the team about how they balance motherhood and WNBA time. Plus, Shelly will be taking on Silver Stars Center Chantelle Anderson on the court. It's all happening Friday live on Living.
