How She Move is a musical without mirth as itspotlights young people in a slum neighborhood singing and dancing their hearts out while looking like they don’t enjoy it. The story of a young girl trying to get out of the slums is a good theme, but it’s buried in intense looks of unhappy people. Well acted, but not a musical in the usual sense of the term. Rated PG-13 and worth 1 ½ stars.
