Where is everyone at? NO BLOGS anywhere.....well I can only guess you
are all as busy as I have been trying to fit the workouts and blogs in
with regular life. Heather said it best, we are the best losers
because we are doing all of this while still maintaining our normal
lifestyles. LOL - well some of yours may be normal, mine on the other
hand is far from!!
I didn't believe the Cardio strength and
endurance trainings were going to be a good workout, but I have found
they are pushing me and I can feel myself getting stronger and that is
a good thing.
Let's see I have noticed the following:
*I
actually have hips and can place my hands on them, before everything
was just round, no curves, just a big round ball of love!! LOL -

*My blood sugars are getting better and I had to lower my insulin dosages.

*I am sleeping better.

*More energy.

*I sweat more and don't hate it. (In the past I would crank up the A/C!)

*I have great calves! (Thanks Chung Shi and FOOT SOLUTIONS!)

*I like to walk - who would have thought?
