OUch...

Today was the hardest workout yet.  Partly because it was a hard workout, but mostly because i pushed myself harder.  When I think in my head that i cant do it anymore, i tell myself, these little minute of this workout are nothing in the grand scheme of things, and this workout will be done in a little while so i pressed on.

I did the 360 and it is amazing from the first time I did it to now... like the 4th time that my heart rate comes down quicker in recovery and also that i have to go much faster to get my heartrate to the place it needs to be.  Not only from last week to now, but also within the workout.

So i say ouch... but really it was only while working out and now i am fine.  I never realized how rewarding a hard workout was, but i feel great for pushing myself harder than ever!

Oh yea, and .... GO RED TEAM!

Thanks for your help on the 360 this morning.  I have witnessed first hand your progress.  Your endurance is way up there.  I plan to conquer the "death squats" tomorrow.  Sean

Dianna, Thank you so much for you kind words.  You can do the 360!  I think the 360 is better than a solid hour of one speed, because you pay more attention to the small incriments of time rather than the just watching the clock.  Keep up the good work, and good luck!

Amen to that Laurie, I like the 360!  I truly admire you for the hard work I see you putting in each and every day and I see you shrinking before my eyes!  When I saw the Komen interview on SA Living with you, Earl and Michelle I kept saying to myself, "Look at Laurie's face, it looks so much smaller than the first interview taped on Day 1 at Rogers Ranch!"  It is noticeable, so keep moving and eating right!! :)
