I am new here, but am not sure what the work out is, or what the eating program is.  Can you guys enlighten me?  I joined Spectrum, and should start working out with my trainer at the end of this week.  Also, I see the blogs posted by the TV Biggest losers, but cannot find blogs by the online, at home biggest losers.HELP!!

Rossi - the online loser's blogs are located under the photos tab above - I did see that you had posted there so I am guessing you found it.  Post a photo of yourself!! Get moving, walk, park further out in the parking lot, don't eat the donut, even if it calls you by name!  

Heather King posts tips on the SA Living site along with recipes to help with your food choices.  Also, CalorieKing.com is very helpful for making wiser eating choices especially for eating out.  Hope this helps some!

hey guys, here agian, having a REALLYhard week here, have found it difficult to get out and workout, but am trying to do what i can at home here. welcome rossi, i'm one of the on line losers, i hope that we could have our own blog, i would love to have somewhere that we could vent and talk. keep at it, its worth it even if you just lose a pound!!!  huffing along    dianna
