Yes he looked wonderful.  I am excited about looking and feeling better and through all my meds away!  I feel sometimes as though I am sweating out all those toxins in my body when I get a really hard workout and I am drenched!  and it feels wonderful!  I know i will get there!  even though i gained a pound last week I still felt much improved then and now even better!

Kelly.. YES! my brain had a momentary lapse. lol. You will DEFANITELY get there! I'm proud of you for not getting down on yourself when you gained a pound. But you know what you might have gained a pound but I bet you lost some inches and that is awesome! You watch.. this week will be different. Keep up the good work my dear! ~ Marci

Yes he was my favorite because he played this game in such positive spirits, no back stabbing no underhandednes..... just Bernie or as you say Berndana.  Gonna miss him!
