So for those of you following along, you know that us losers went to a Nutrition and Salsa class today at the Roger's Ranch Spectrum. We learned some great tools to remember while shoping and how to properly read a label. VERY important information to know and I learn so much! Thank you Heather!

After the class, we got to have some fun learning how to salsa. OMG! Between Sonja kicking my a$$ and sweatin to salsa Spectrum style, I am hurting today! That was a blast though, I was enjoying watching all my loser peeps break on down salsa style. Heather and Sonja were there sweatin along with us! Who would have thought that dancing would make you sweat that much! I loved it, I personally reccomend this class to all Spectrum customers!
