Anyone feeling it today?

Do you guys feel Miltons Mountain tonight?  I am and all the BioFreeze and all the Ibuprofen 800 is not bringing me back to normal,yet!  We have to think about what the mountain deserves for payback...Devil 

I am wondering if that is why it is so quite tonight.

I feel Great, and on he way home I stopped and did 90 minutes on the treadmill. I did sleep like a Rock though.
