Are You Ready To TAKE IT ALL OFF????

I knew that would get your attention.  I meant are you ready to take all the weight off.  Of course you are.

How is everyone doing on THE FAST FOOD CHALLENGE??? 

Are you trimming your portions, watching fried foods, ordering sauces, dressing, creamy stuff on the side, adding some healthy vegetables, salads, fruits and soups to your meals???  That's alot to think about--I KNOW!  But it does become easier when you realize this is the way you need to eat for the rest of your life.  It still tastes delicious.  You leave comfortable NOT MISERABLE!  And you look and feel like you've always wanted.

Let me hear your FAST FOOD, PICK-UP, and RESTAURANT success stories.  Your tips and advice can really help us all out!

Well let me know if this is a good choice or not. I went to Wendy's on Monday and for lunch this is what I decided to do. I ordered a small chili, a side salad, and a baked potato. What I did was instead of putting butter and sour cream and all that stuff on the baked potato I put a 1/4 of the chili on top of it. Then on the salad instead of using the dressing I also put another 1/4 of the chili on top of the salad and it made it taste like a taco salad. I didn't eat the remaining half of the chili but  I did eat all of my potato and small side salad. all together I believe I had 3 g of fat and 415 calories. I hope that is ok. but i sure know it is better than the spicy chicken sandwich large fries and a large dr. pepper i used to always order lol... ~ Marci
