The truth is - in order to lose those measly 5 pounds I had to work out 5days with weights (was out on Tuesday to see my doc so that SHE could tell me I had a lovely shin spint) and Saturday water aroebics Sunday a hike (3miles, according to Milt) PLUS 60 to 90 Minutes on the bike or the 360 seven days a week. That is my reality right now and it is so hard to wake up at 4am to make it on time to the workout at 5am, since I am up so late at night.
My team has been down on me because I was not losing weight like they were so my commitment was not as strong as theirs was. The first week i was there everyday and did 2.5hrs to 3+ hrs during the week and weekend. How does that sound guys? The second week I was out for Thursday, Friday and Saturday when I had a colonscopy on Friday and I was questioned BY a team mate why did I not show up before the proceedure to do a last workout...hmmmm guys let me ask you - you have taken your meds all day Thursday to make that colon squeaky clean and you have had nothing but clear liquids for the last day NOW I ASK YOU PEOPLE THE FIRST THING YOU WANT TO DO AT THE LAST MINUTE BEFORE THAT SNAKE CHECKS OUT YOUR PLUMBING IS COME IN AND DO SOME SQUATS AND WEIGHT LIFTING
..... you know that I would have had to own some strong cheeks to worked out that morning before my exam.. Afterwards I was told not to excersize till that Monday. But oh no I was not dedicated enough....i was a wimp. I hope you do not suffer this kind of lack of understanding when you do that "special" proceedure..
The following week I met my ORIGINAL requirements which were 2 days with the trainer (i did 3 that week) and worked out 6 days on my own on the 360.
It is very hard for all of us and for my team mates whom have perfect records and I am not being sarcastic right now.
that is the reality of trying to lose on camera. That is my life right now and I choose it then and now. I have come close to leaving this thing with my first confrontation oh yes by email BUT I am not a quiter so I had a talk with my personal zen master (except he is a Rambo kinda guy) and was motivated to use the negative energy coming my as my motivation since I did once blog the 2 times I lost all the weight was when I was in love or Very Angry.... well I am not in love so Rambo is right.
AND I AM LOVING IT AND THE BONUS IS I LOST 5 POUNDS AND I LOVE THAT SO EVERYONE GET READY BECAUSE I NEEDS TO HAVE ME A BIG NUMBERS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know it will be hard for you guys to understand but I really like all of you and my vent is just an end to a means but keep the flames coming I love love love hot stufff!
