I ask myself the same questions Laurie does and know that I believe I have done the best I could under the circumstances I have had to deal with. I have increased my workouts when I was capable and able to do so. I have taken the advice of my trainers and nutritionist and applied their suggestions. So far I have averaged a weight loss of 4 pounds per week. That is not something to sneeze at.....the recommended and expected weight loss average is 1-2 pounds per week. Not to mention the health benefits I have seen. ( I know I have said that before....sorry!) 
I have decided if I am eliminated tomorrow I will continue to support all of the ones that are still competing for the prize and I will even show up at WOAI on Thursday mornings in support of them (if WOAI will allow this). I will continue to meet Milton at the gym every morning. I feel awesome and know that I can continue to do this on my own. I don't want to, but I can do it. I have proved to myself that I can do it! I have faith in God to see me through and give me the strength to complete this process.
