I will tell you that I sure was a proud trainer this morning watching my blue team weigh in.  EACH of them have conquered something big... I just want to be that little voice in the back of their head telling them to keep on keepin' on.  Mey has really been a joy to train and be around.  She can continue on the path she is on and BE AT THAT SIZE 12 FOR HER WEDDING.. I KNOW SHE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Mickey my crybaby is so fantastic and we had great talks this week..!  And Milton is my guy and nothin you can say can tear me away from... lol to my team GO BLUE GO

All the teams are doing very well and I believe I can speak on behalf of all the trainers when I say you guys are making a step in the right direction and with all the heart you can put in it...your goals will be met.  We at Spectrum are commited to helping San Antonio acheive a healthy lifestyle and good fitness and we believe we can change San Antonio fo\rom fattest to fittest...one "LOSER"  at a time.
