Komen Race Results

Well Via Park & Ride @ Crossroads only had a little trailer set up with 2 people selling tokens and therefore they didn’t get us to the walk until 7:50 a.m. – so I only saw Andrea after it was over!

Smile
to seeing Andrea              Sad to not seeing everyone else

My company had 50 employees walking today and I didn't see any of them either!!  I think I was about in the middle of the bunch and I was wearing a pink and white t-shirt - did ya'll see me???

Okay, so I decided since I didn't know anyone I would just turn my Ipod on and go for it - I finished in 55 minutes with an average heart rate of 125 - right in that fat burn zone!! Whoo hoo!! 12K on the pedometer before 10:00 a.m. – yippee!!!  The rest of the day is gravy - LOL!  (always comes back to food references doesn't it - hehehheeee)

Zach is back in Kingsville one last time so I am traveling there today for the final goodbye before he actually hits foreign soil - you think I cried at losing 7 lbs..........this is going to be the hardest thing I ever do!!! How do I? Those of you who believe in God, please pray for me and mine and those of you who do not believe, please pray anyways because I do believe and he still hears you!!  Thanks -

God bless you all and hope you have a great weekend!!

I'm so sorry I missed you at the Race today. I didn't see Andrea either. Simon, Sean & his wife, Laurie, Dawn and I walked with Michelle's Team Holt Cat. AWESOME Turnout, and seeing all that Caring and Support was a spiritual experience.

My thoughts and Prayers are absolutely with you and your Son. God Bless him every minute of everyday. I am so thankful for his service to us and our Awesome Country, I know your sad and proud at the same time.
