Race for the Cure and a Massage....What an AWESOME DAY!!!!

Hello fellow Biggest Losers and San Antonio Followers,

I just wanted to share with you my AWESOME DAY Party!!!so far and it's only 3:15pm. I got up at 4:30 and ate a Healthy breakfast then off I went to the Alamo Dome to participate in the Race for the Cure. I got there so early I found a great parking space. There was at least a couple thousand people there at 6:00am. I walked around at least 3500 steps just checking out all the sponsers boothes and back and forth to Starbucks tent.

I was Proud to walk with my fellow Team Mate Michelle's Holt Cat Team. The whole group was so nice and acted as if I was part of the Holt Cat Family for years. Michelle coordinated the team and did a Fantastic job.Angel. All the Biggest Loser Participants didn't find each other because there were so many people, but we were together in spirit.

The walk took about an 1.25 hours because it took at least 20-25 minutes to just get to the start line. What an AWESOME Experience, I had never done anything like this, now myself being a Cancer Survivor it has a new meaning.  NEXT YEAR I WILL RUN IT!!SurpriseIt was unbelievable to see all the women in Pink as Cancer Survivors and to see all the people with the memory placards with family and friends that lost their battle with this UGLY Disease.

Well that's how my day started, then I came home and made an appointment for a Massage at Massage Heights at the Village in StoneOak. MERCY!!!! WOW!!! I Fell like a NEW PERSON!! After the 100's of miles I have walked and ALL those Workouts with Simon till I was begging for MERCY, I can't even describe how good it felt. I Strongly Recommend It To ALL Biggest Losers. You have been working hard and YOU Deserve It!!!

So I fell GREAT and I'm ready to go walk another 15,000 steps today. A GREAT DAY!!!

Hey Earl, Good for you for pampering yourself.  I have never gotten a massage myself.  I would feel bad for the masseur having to mush their hands around through the flabby, gelatinous mess that i call me=)
You started so early today that you could probably reach 40,000 steps=)

Thanks Earl.  The journey is the path to success.  Just make sure you are on the right path and have the right people around you.  Thanks for the encouragement and seeing your progress is awesome.  Hearing that you have overcome so much already, I know you will reach your goals here.  God bless you.  Christopher.
...I knew where to go to post for the online folks but not you guys.
You are doing great! So keep it up. CS
