Congratulations Chris and Marci!!

Surprise WOW!  You both have done an amazing job these last 12 weeks and you have done it on your own!  It is good to know that our blogs have helped keep you motivated and encouraged.  I am so happy that you will have the opportunity to meet with Heather and get some ideas on how to fine tune your diets.  I am also excited that I may now get to see you in the gym when you use your new memberships to Spectrum.

Big Smile Again, congratulations on your hard work and your excellent results.  It was my pleasure to meet you both today.

Chris I hope your wife had a great birthday and your surprise was welcomed.

Thanks Mickster.  Spending time together with my wife is important to both of us so taking this day off to go to the studio with Julia was loads of fun for both of us.  Meeting the BL gang was much fun also and being on the show was something special.  Julia and I left the studio, went home so she could change clothes, we went to eat (me from the lighter side of the menu) Then???  Off to one of our favorite things...We went for a hike.  Took an hour drive north to Perdenales State Park, and went for a good walk down to then on the rocks that in higher waters are one big waterfall.  There the distance isn't so challengin as jumping from rock to rock is.  I am glad that she likes an active lifestyle because that means a good portion of our time spent together will not be just sitting around.
Yes, reading the blogs is an inspiration.  I have the problem of getting through a surgery recovery while trying to do this on top of all of the other obstacles that comes along with trying to get back into shape.  Some times I (and probably others) feel like I am the only person that wants a Double cheese burger, along with a foot long chilli cheese coney, but seeing that others also have cravings for other than "DIET FOODS" helps me know that my feeling are not so out of whack.  That feeling helps me say no to those things and stick to what I know is best for me and everyone around me reaps a benefit of me being a better me.
Thanks again for all your kind words.  God bless you.  CS

Chris and Marci,

You both did a great job today at the weigh-in.  Your stories were inspirational and I'm sure touched many listeners.  One of the best parts of this contest is that others have been inspired by our success and today you got to got to inspire other's two.  Maybe it's one of those "pay it foward" things.  Anyway, I'm glad we finally got to meet you both in person.  You fit into the group quite well.

WOW guys... 62 lbs between you both!  Way to go!  It is great that you have pushed foward even without making it into the competition.  You have both proven your determination!
It was great to meet you both (and julia)!  We have talked about you both and some of the other online losers from the start... you were always with us!

Thanks EVERYBODY! Yesterday was like a dream for me. I felt like I haven't felt in a long time. To have ya'll there to cheer us on was so neat! Everybody has been so great and so supportive that it just makes me get teary-eyed everytime I think about it. I came into work this morning and my co-workers had completely decorated my door and office w/ signs, streamers, gifts, cards all kinds of stuff. Just shows me how inspiring I am for people now. Just how ya'll inspire me I am inspiring them. And like Milton said in one of his blogs... we are just regular people nothing fancy or special so if you wanna do this you can! Thanks again all of the Biggest Losers, WOAI, Shelly, Leslie, and Heather for this incredible chance to change my life! ~ Marci :)

Heeeeyyyy Marci!!!
NOW, everyone that doesn't see the blogs and only watches the show knows who we are.  The eyes are upon us and we are accountable to the city of San Antonio.  I didn't have decorations set up but many emails, hand shakes and pats on the back of encouragement.  Feels good to have the  people to us closest supporting us, HUH?  Keep the fires burning.  CS
