TEXAS MMA FIGHT CLUB at BAMC

HAYMAKERS MMA TRAININIG CENTER-THE FIGHT CLUB will give a demonstration for the Soldiers and their families on May 8, 2008 at 11:00 in the Brooks Army Medical Center lobby. We will go over submission wrestling, takedowns, sparring, and kick-boxing.

Train hard and stay focused.
