According to The Ausiello Report on tvguide.com the producers of Friday Night Lights are wooing the ex View co-host to appear in a few episodes of the Emmy Nominated series this fall. Rosie who is a huge fan of the show is considering it.

Jason Katims, the shows executive producer says he’s willing to tailor a part to fit her wants/needs.  According to the report from Ausiello, Katims said, “It would be one episode, but the way we write things, we stay very open to abrupt things, so if she comes out, loves doing it, and wants to do more, she could do it.” But initially, it would just be one scene, and that would be the way to get her. Knowing that she could come out (out to the show’s Austin, TX set) hang out have a scene with Kyle Chandler and then be done could be very appealing to her.”
